Sunday Upper Accessory

First week of real training since the meet. Using 5/3/1 this time around, as it will allow me to adapt my loads as I diet down over the next 4 weeks.

Using an estimated max of 275, and a training max of .9*275 = 250....

Close Grip Incline Bench - 185x5, 200x5, 215x10 (3x5 @75,80,85%)
Wide Parallel Lat Pulls - 165x15,12,9 (strict form)
JM's - 145x9,7,5
Close Grip Parallel lat pulls - 150x40 (Giant Set)
DB Rockers  - 50x15,12,8

Done.
