squats
did some ME high box (about an inch high or maybe just at parallel) with briefs and suit bottoms, no straps or knee wraps:
up to 585x3, 605x3==> almost a disaster set, on the first rep i shot forward a little and almost lost it but the 2nd two reps were fast and easy so long as i pushed back into the gear
zercher squats: first time trying these, they blow
135, 225, 275 x 8
bicep gheys and ab gheys supersetted
db shurgs 1x20x100
pumped to go to orlando tomorrow for some benching with the OBB crew, i hope my legs dont fall off in the car ride there
