ME Bench..sort of
Had to train at 9 am today, but surprisingly, it didn't go so bad. Check it:
Incline Bench - 225x3, 255x3, 275x3, 315x miss. Stupid right tricep bummed out on me. Went to 225 and did 10 then 8.
Bent over rows with the 25 plates - 245x9,7,5
Bench Dips - BWx10, BW+45x10, BW+90x10, BW+135x15.
Lat Pulls, close grip - 220x10,8,6 then 160x10
Incline Flyes - 55x13,10
DONE.
