Bench/Chest

Time to get sore and grow as I come off the diet and begin rebounding

Wide Grip Bench - 275x5, 295x5, 315x4
DB Bench - 105's x13,10
Flyes - 40'sx3x12
Cable Flyes SS with deficit pushups lol - something by a lot to failure
