bench day

trained at lifetime since all the other gyms were closed by the time i could go. so todays lift has to be prefaced with the past week for me. i got drunk as shit all day wednesday after my exams, barely ate thursday and tried to play catch up on sleep. friday i went out with my buddy and drank a dozen beers more then planned, shit sleep again. woke up early yesterday to drive 4 hours away for a wedding. felt awful all day and thought i was getting sick, hopefully im getting around that with sleep and food tonight.

probably will deload this week even though im not scheduled to have one until after christmas
