extra workout

was supposed to meet up with the roommate today to help him with lifting but his exam ran late so i did a little extra workout

all using rope attachment and no rest periods
60 lbs:
50 triceps extensions
25 face pulls/25 low lat rows
50 standing ab crunches with rope
50 pull throughs

go to 80 lbs
repeat
