felt all fired up today even though i only had a 400 calorie shake for breakfast at 1030 then trained at 2 after my anatomy tutoring
raw bench full range
up to 365x1
405x miss, dumbass misgroove which sounds dumb raw but its true
435x1 with a touch of help, wont count it just yet, but it felt alright, i will get this very soon
add shirt
455x1 for half rep
495x1 off 2 board
585x1 off 1 board then switch to 2 board for another single
615x1 with a little help off 1 board (would have been a PR), then add 2 board mid set for a single off the 2 board
neutral grip narrow incline with dbs

enormous burger and shit ton of chips at chilis afterward
oh and bennet broke a 2 year plateau on bench hitting 370, looked good
also funny story about bennet, as i was getting ready for the 435 i was wrist wrapped belt on getting set and he leaned over to slap my side to fire me up but lost his balance over the bar and i looked back and his legs were in the air and his face was next to the bench, i laughed so hard my guts cramped up
