405x1-> very easy, took some motrin this morning for my shoulder, but interestingly enough it helped my hip issue as well. I dont think its a weakness necessarily I think its an inflammatory process because my knee didnt cave at all today
add briefs
2x3x495 pretty high so i went heavier
2x3x585-> all easy and honestly got to about 1-2" above parallel which is improvement
DE deads in briefs
8x1x405 sumo
2x1x405 conventional
GHR

orange band looped around knees, bodyweight free squats
2x10 with a slight pause at the bottom
side bends with doubled orange band just so i can say i did abs
2x10-15?
