raw bench day
misread the plan for today so i went with some volume, well my version of volume
bench: 5x2x75%
pinkies on rings 1x2x325
medium grip 4x2x325
medium grip 1x10x325, this matches my best rep PR with 315 while on supplements so i was pumped about this
2 board hands on smooth:
2x3x365
narrow incline db bench
1x10x100
incline db rollers
1x10x60
pullups neutral grips
bw x 10
not bad for being tired and shit from anatomy exams back to back, but the highlight of the day besides the PR was a fat kid falling through 1" thick shatter resistant glass on the racquetball court.
