Walked in feeling tired. PR'd anyway.
DE bench - 265x6x3, 3 grips
4 Board, comp grip - 365x4, 385x4, 405x3 almost 4
Bent over rows, using 25's - 255x8,5,4
DB Incline - 100's x15, 10
JM Press - 135x1x13 (Fail city)
Feeling good, weights felt light, but still need to deload this week.
