Cardio at 2 pm - 30 min incline

Deads at 5 pm:

Off the deficit, about 2.5" - 455x5 no belt. Not hard.
Stiff Legs, no deficit - 405x6, no belt.
Abs
Front Squats - 225x3, 275x3, 315x4 (PR)
Back Raises - 75x10

Done.
