did a raw warmup of all 3 lifts
squat up to 405x1
bench up to 315x1
deads up to 315x1
yes i am aware that my bench is the same as my deadlift and yes my bench will be higher than my deadlift at the meet
thursday
bike 10 minutes
deads 135x8
rows 135x5
db bench
50x8
time to eat, bw was 257 while very hungry so i think ill hit the platform around 260 or so
im going to try to get videos of as much of the meet as i can
