Monday Squatting

Decided to do something a little more intense than usual.

Squat, hi bar, no belt: 405x8, 315x8, 225x8, 135x8 all done as one continuous drop set. Layed on the floor after this.
Did some other bullshit. Too tired to put any effort into them though.
