Close grip bench (pinkies on smooth) - 345x2, 365x1 (PR), 315x4
Wide Grip Pullups - BW+15 for 6,5,4, then BWx5
Incline DB's - 100's x 16, 10
Flyes - 65's x7,5
Done. Beat up and looking forward to the deload.
