Took an extra day to rest before this session. Smart choice.

Deads, belt, from the floor - 555x2, 565x2
Side Bends - 2x10
RDL - 365x5, nb, easy
Hip Thrust - 225x6 or so
Back Raises, against looped MM - 2x10

DONE.
