this week will be somewhat of a slightly higher intensity deload. im feeling a little beat up from the meet and bennett is beat up from maxing out against schwab
raw deads off about 2 inches of rubber mats

bent rows with fat grips

seated hamstring curls with single mini band

pretty tired, but its time to get back to the real world after thoroughly enjoying my time at home with my family, meghan, and my friends
