felt like hitting a rep pr today

315x14, 15 probably wouldve gone had i been really fresh
circuit because i thought i wanted to get in shape: done pretty much back to back, each for 45 seconds
db incline: 60's
standing military db with hammer curl: 30's
pushups
db cleans: 30's
again through with same weights but no pushups and for 30 seconds
back raise
BW x 30 this left me super pumped, walk to the car sucked
BW is already down to 275
