good to be back, took a bit to get warmed up, but the shoulder cooperated for the most part. feel beat to shit already though

405x1-3 (probably 1 but i honestly cant remember)

455x1-> moved faster than the 435, decided to shut it down to be safe

superset face pulls and tri extensions with rope
2x15x stack each exercise
