Using monster minis for this 3 week cycle...

DE Bench - 6x3 with 205 plus the MM's, then 275x1 and 295x1 with the bands.

CG 4 Board - 315x5, 365x4

Seated Rows on Machine - 200x15, 220x12, 250x10, 200x10

DB Bench plus Minis - 100's x 10, 8

Incline Fly - 35's x 20
