Today I took the heaviest weight i'll take before the meet. I'm experimenting with tapering my deadlift early on, while still keeping the accessory work high up until the meet.
Deads, belt, normal plates - 525x4, 585x1 (PR)
Stiff Legs, off of a plate - 385x6, no belt
Abs - 3x10
Back Raises - 85x3x10
Body is ruined today.
