Test day of Sheiko

Just squatted based on the program. My squat numbers have taken a major hit. I decided to set my oly squat max at 405, and that was tough..

warmup
205x1x5
245x2x4
285x3x2
325x2 (realized this was heavy, was going forward)
315x4x2 (wore a belt here)


Frustrating.
