Squat
Took my opener today and also my projected second attempt for the meet. Here's how it broke down:
Squat, Low Bar, with belt - 405x1, 455x1, 495x1, 525x1, 540x1 then 405x4x3 no belt
The 540 was super deep and pretty close stance. I'm happy with that right now, 550 should be
good to go for the meet.
That took about an hour due to how many people were squatting and pulling.
Then moved onto reverse barbell lunges -
185x10, 235x10, 275x8, 295x6 (PRs)
Then Qdoba x 1 set, followed up by BK x 1 set till bloat.
