(DE)load

deload squat day. purposely did not bring in any gear except a belt and knee wraps

squat to low box against green band:
315x2 to feel it out (this sucked more than it needed to for deload)
8x2x225 all sets back to back with bennet

45 degree back raises:
bw x 52 reps

hanging leg raises, hanging leg extensions, laying leg raises
15's

shrugs
315x15
405x15

broceps
3x8

pushed my car up and down the parking lot forward and backward 2 trips each

big ol' burrito
