Got to the IM late and just did the basics tonight. I'm 2 weeks out from the meet right now, so I didnt want to do anything dumb...
Deads - 405x2, 495x1, add belt, 545x1. Felt good for still being sore and walking in tired.
SLDs', no belt - 405x7 (PR)
Lat Work - Various machine rows and Chuck V pulldowns
Feeling good. Gonna do some lighter work next week then deload the week after.
