ME close grip instead of floor press since i did that last week as the end of my deload
315, 365,385x3, last set was with help on the 3rd rep, still a PR i think
add half foam roller which didnt do much
CG 405x1 this tied my best close grip on test

315x5 felt awkward as shit
incline narrow db bench
2x12x100
superset face pulls with tricep extensions using straps attached to the curl bar on the cables
3x15 for each
