Underhand EZ bar rows, 25's - 225x8,6 easy
Parallel Grip DB Bench - 100's x 13,10
Underhand Lat Pulldown - 220x10,8
Normal Grip Lat Pulldown - 170x10
JM's - 145x10,8,6 SS with cg bench same weight
