Peak Squat

Felt pretty run down going into this. Back was still sore from pulling on Tuesday...

Squats, low bar, belt - 515x1, 525x1, 445x2x2

This felt good, but heavy. Not surprised since i was sore and run down. Oh well...

Reverse Lunges - 245x2x5 each leg
