conventional 365x5 might be a PR, felt like 405 wouldve gone but i opted against it to be conservative
lat pull downs with bicycle handle
8,7,8 was supposed to be 8,7,6 but i felt good on the last set with the stack
seated GMs like tates video but not nearly as badass

green band 3x20 with feet together
monster mini 3x20 with a 5 second hold after every 5 reps
neutral grip pull ups
