deload deads

quick workout over my lunch break today

some kids were "deadlifting" on the platform so i started with RAW squats
135,225,275x10

deads
wide sumo: 225x5
sumo:225x5
conventional: 275x10

felt way better with the squatting prior. i might start doing this every time
