Safety Squat bar, belt, deep - 395x7,5,3 not too hard
SS Bar GM's - 185x10, 195x10, keeping these light to let my hams heal for deads
Leg Press - 5 pl and a 25 for 12,10,10
GHR - BW+10 for 10,8,6
