been feeling more and more like myself. goal for today was to work up to an opener and 2nd

worked up to 405 raw

685x fail twice about 4 inches after the hole
add reverse light band (takes off very little)
685x2 (finally hit depth on the 2nd)
so this is still a projected 2nd and i think its doable with knee wraps added in and a normal weight. so as it stands right now i plan to go 585 (briefs and single ply), 685 (full gear), hopefully up around or over 700 for the 3rd

today was good even though i missed twice, i figure this is the last of the sickness affecting my lifting hopefully since the gear fit fairly tight and i blew some caps in/around my eyes
