Deloading, so I kept this short and moderately sweet.
Bench - Singles to 315. Felt easy.
Lat Pulls - Shmegma sets by shmegma reps
DB Incline - 70's 15, 12. Easy
Tri Pushdown on Pullups machine - 120 lbs x 25,20,20
Done. Time to rest. Meet on Saturday.
