very pleased with how fast the weight moved. we trained out by bennetts house at a worlds gym and had a few precarious handoffs but it was a solid training day

so since i got the 150s for reps bennett bought me lunch at a pub across the street from the gym. we wound up staying there for 5 or 6 hours, ate 2 meals and had some beers. afterwards we came back to my side of town and went to a gentlemans club. now i need to study
